One of my Facebook readers posted this bandcamp link and I initially peeped it because of the art (yes, that fly ass cover WAS smashed out by my dude Josh Boulet), but as it turns out this self-titled album from Austin-based hip hop collective SubKulture Patriots is the effing BOMB! Peep...

DAMN! I never heard of these dudes before, but they are sho nuff on my radar now! Track two (Anthem) made me a fan all by itself, but this album is full of jewels. I wish I had time to do a proper review, but I gotta go draw now. That said, I think you should definitely click here to cop the album off their bandcamp page.
